I have been looking for a new vehicle for months. I had always wanted a truck but practicality inevitably won and the closest I ever came was an SUV. This dealership visit I felt was to be no different. I found a vehicle online that I confirmed was at the dealership so I went to "look" at it since I had to be at work in a couple of hours. In short, Brian Brown, Brad LaRoche and the staff of Covert Chevy of Hutto found a nicer vehicle for the same price and worked with me like I was family so I could have my truck! I don't know how Haley Sokolowski and Covert manage to sell vehicles at such a great price and sustain such service. I flew from NewMexico and drove back still managing to save thousands off my local dealers. If you live anywhere in Texas or eastern New Mexico or even further you can save money and have a great experience at Covert Ford.

John Cuellar is a great salesman. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He made the process of buying a car easy for us. I will be going back to him for years to come.

Terry Friend took great care of me during my visit to Covert. He greeted me when I walked in and told me he'd be right with me. He took care of me and my vehicle in a timely fashion and even made sure I was comfortable during the wait. I appreciated that we walked me over to the checkout counter and made sure all was good before moving on to other things he had on his plate. So many times at other establishments you just get pointed around from counter to counter. I really appreciated the time he took to walk me over and prepare the clerk for what I was handing her. That's fine customer service!

Terry Friend was an excellent customer service rep. He went above and beyond to answer some questions about my new Equinox. He was patient and polite and knowledgeable. Great job!

Covert had the exact truck in inventory and it was ready to test drive when I arrived. Salesman was very knowledgeable and efficient on both the vehicle and sales process. Could not be happier with vehicle and doing business with Covert. This is the second F250 I have purchased from them.

The minute I walked in I was greeted by Gregory Carnes who was friendly thought out servicing my car. We had decided that the things I needed were going to take a few hours, so he arranged for someone to take me home, and would come back and pick me up when my car would be ready. Gregory called me later that day and said they had found some disturbingly dangerous problems that needed attention right a way. They fixed them that day and it wasn't a great cost, but could of been if they had not been found. These things were all caught by the inspection you get with the oil change. Way to go Greg! And thank you.
