Covert Hutto

I have had my car serviced at Covert Hutto since I bought my F150 crew cab Lariat in 2004. My last two visits cost $2300 for bearing work on the rear axle and spark plug change with injector cleaning. The interior was not cleaned both times where the mechanic touched the shifter, center console, leather steering wheel, interior door handle, seat, and floor mats. Actually when I thought about it, they have never cleaned up after maintenance work. I did go back inside after finding my truck, black from where the mechanic touched the full radius of the drivers seat. I complained to the cashier, since the service advisor was not inside. I also own a Mercedes 2009 GL320. The maintenance really does not seem to more expensive than Covert, but the car is never left dirty inside. This is not part of the culture at Covert Hutto, but it should be. My truck should be returned to me in at least the level of cleanliness as I gave to them.

John was great from start to finish! I have never had an experience that was so quick. I love my truck and would recommend Covert to anyone. Thank you for everything John and Covert.

Nate was excellent on my wife's 2015 Explorer and on short notice on my 2015 F150 since Lief Johnson would not deal with us on the same color as my wife's. Brandon worked very well with both my wife's Explorer anf my F150

Overall great experience. Communicated w/ Kelly Lemmons via internet and phone and he did great job in getting truck ready for me on deliver date. Brad had financial papers ready and was able to complete deal in a very timely fashion.

Jason did the intake and provided professional service when I delivered my wife's Fusion. Don't know the technicians name that actually did the work, however he was quick and the report I received was thorough.

Always friendly & honest, I trust Covert Ford every time I bring my truck in for service. They offer shuttle service if needed, but service is usually quick with minimal wait.

Tim&the guys were excellent I told what I wanted. & what I wanted to pay they met my wants ,with no problems at all . I am a very happy customer I tried to deal with other Chevy dealers but Covert was the best thanks & have a good day. Danny Morris
