Covert Hutto

This was the first time I purchased a car without stepping foot in the dealership. John Cuellar was my contact. He was very helpful. He worked out everything with the finance manager for me. I had a trade in, I gave him my VIN and sent pictures. I live in Louisiana, 5 hours from Covert and they drove the new vehicle within 50 miles of me. The whole process was so very easy for me. Awesome experience.

Nathan Kiser was my contact. Only had oil changed but felt right at home. Did not have to return to check area; when update on status was due, Nathan was in the waiting area to find me.

Shawn High was very helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend Hutto Covert and Shawn High if you're looking for a new car.

Haley Sokolowski at Covert Hutto made it so easy to buy my new truck. I would highly recommend heading to Covert Hutto and doing the same. Brad LaRoche in the finance department was great help as well.

I found a truck I liked when shopping on line Sunday afternoon. Called and spoke with Rick at their Bastrop location. He suggested I called jason in Hutto. Monday evening Jason called me. We discussed my truck and he offered me $500 more than Henna, sight unseen. W discussed the LTZ I wanted and reached a price I could t find elsewhere. Stopped at the dealership Tuesday and lunch and was done in less than 2 hours. Worked with Jason initially and then Haley. Both very professional. Best truck buying experience anywhere.

Have you heard of taking your car in for some work and then getting it back and something worse goes bad the Next Day.. Well that's what I got with Covert Hutto! I took my car in for some A/C work and while they had it they found other issues with it. Finally after almost 2 weeks of them having it and me doing All the calls to them to see what was going on I got it back. The next day my engine light came on so again I started calling them to see when the could see what happened. After 2 days of calling and leaving messages Again, I talked to John, put my car back into the shop. The next morning they called and said that another part went out and they had nothing to do with it... It will be $1,000+ to fix it. We went and talked to them and they Deny, Deny that they had anything to do with it.... I am so frustrated! I have heard of this happening to people and now I'm proof? Good luck if you use them. We won't be back:/ A very dissatisfied customer!!!

I searched online from Dallas to Austin for the best deal on a new Fiesta. I got many mediocre offers from several different dealerships. When I tried to follow up with the salesman the true walk out price was always left somewhat nebulous. Salesmen would say "Just come in and take a test drive and we will make you a great deal!" or "If you come by we can discuss everything in my office." I didn't want to waste time driving around to different dealerships and then getting hit with a lot of hidden fees in the closing paperwork. Darla Burn called me and gave me the best price I had been offered yet. That was enough to earn my business but she took it one step further and did what none of the other sales people had managed to do. I had the total, walkout price for the car including tt&l and knew exactly what to expect before I ever walked in the finance office. I practically bought the car over the phone and it was the best car buying experience ever.

I have purchased new Chevrolet Silverado and Covert Chevrolet Hutto and every experience I've had with the service department has been great. No problems at all.

We spent almost 3 hours at Don Hewlitt to purchase a Chevy Silverado Texas Edition truck for my husband. We were off $2000 grant it I would have paid it but felt no they didn't offer enough especially when the internet price was lower than what they offered as a base price. We decided we were going to walk and not look back... the truck just wasn't meant to be.. As we headed to the door .. THREE people in the service area said "Go to Covert in Hutto" .. we were asking why to choose them. And they all three continued to give us rave reviews about the customer service, the sales people, everything was top notch. So I asked "Why are you here then" they replied "Cause the service dept was booked solid for the next week" and they laughed. So we decided one day we were going to cruise the lot while NO ONE was there.. and we found the same identical truck. Out of all the trucks on the lot this was the ONLY one unlocked. SO I took the window sticker on the dash and turned it upside down and locked the door. I didn't want anyone in that truck that was for my hubby! Emailed and got Kelly... That was the best part of the entire story... felt like he was my long lost brother from another mother hahaha he was fun, helpful, talked about our kids, families, his fiance how awesome she is, etc.. and low and behold we left with my husbands truck almost 3k less than that other crappy dealer! I'd highly advise ANYONE looking for a used car or a new car or ANYTHING in the vehicle industry to go see Kelly and the gang at Covert. They have family values, they aren't there to stab the little guy they are all about their people leaving happy and returning for many years. We ALSO got MORE money for our trade in.. so yes it was definitely a WIN WIN for us!! And now, Hubby and I are facebook friends with Kelly and we get to share in their family events just as if we were a part of the family :) Thanks Kelly for always being so straight and honest but above all for being a great Dad to your kids and a wonderful man to your lovely lady :) We will be back to trade in my Benz next :)
