Terrible experience buying and worse experience with service dept. I have had my new truck for 3 months, have been in 6 loaners logging more miles in 6 weeks in them then my new truck. But somehow maxwell and Chrysler feel it doesn’t qualify for a buy back. Oh yea, I’m still waiting on parts. I’ve been coming here for 10 years. I’d never believe I would be treated this way. Trust me, stay clear of this dealer and new ram trucks.

Everything was handled in a timely manner. Have to take truck back for (1) Recall,this was not something that this dealer ship caused. The problem was caused by another dealer apperantly useing my vin #.

Best experience I have had buying a new car. Andrew and Daryl gave great customer service, were patient and informative. My husband was extremely happy and they made the process with trade in easy. They gave a fair price for truck and my trade in. Thank you for all your help!

Got an offer from capitalone and forwarded it to the sales person (Ryan). Got to the dealership to finalize the deal and complete the paperwork but unfortunately these people changed my APR and subsequently increased the amount that I have to pay on the car. Called them several times to have the rate and numbers corrected but to no avail. Finance guy didn’t want to do it and kept telling my to call Capitalone but when I call capitalone, they tell me it’s the dealership that can make those adjustments. This is my first that I’m financing and it’s not a good experience. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.

We will never go to another dealership for our cars, or another sales person. We love Ryan and have referred our friends and family members to him for over 15 years.

Jason took great care of all my needs . I was really impressed with the timely manner that I could get in and out.
