Rick went above and beyond to help me find my car

We went to both south and central Mazda and found our way to George Town and I’m so happy I waited. Rick went above and beyond to find me the exact vehicle I’d been looking for. The experience made the 3 months I’ve been car-less worth it. We had great conversation and he really made sure we knew everything about the model we picked out! Overall, the service we received would make me recommend this dealership and it made the process so easy.

Outstanding Service

I have been coming to Beasley Georgetown for year's. I have never been disappointed. I love the video of my car and the new building is beautiful. Richard Grimm has always made sure that my car was safe and up to date on recalls. My wife and I really appreciate his help.

great Experience

From the time I contact the Dealership, my deal was accepted in 30 minutes and the paper work received within hours. The sales person was very professional and look forward to meeting him when I pick up the car.

Krystal was awesome. Very Knowledgeable and patient with us. People need to ask for her if looking for a vehicle. Can't go wrong with her.

Great first service for my CX-5

I recently took my new CX-5 for its first service to Mazda Georgetown. Although I was late for my appointment, Shaun immediately greeted me and started the process. I chose to wait while service was in progress and I must say their remodeled gallery and waiting area looks great. There are plenty of desks and seats, some even with PCs. My overall experience was very positive, would definitely go back for future services.

Excellent routine maintenance

I scheduled my routine service at RB Mazda online, dropped the car off at their covered service area and received a call when the work was done. I was sent a video explaining any additional recommended work and wasn't hard pressed to buy. Overall an excellent experience.
