This overall was a good experience,my only issue is the make ready dept.did a very poor job on clean up chewing gum stuck on dashboard,looks like fingernail polish on rear seat.very poor clean up job.Sales people were very good to deal with.

New car purchase
Very good sales experience. The sales team was very well organized and straightforward to deal with. They were getting my car ready while I was completing the transaction so I was ready to go when I did. The CX-5 is an excellent vehicle and value for the money. Krystal, my sales rep, was very knowledgable, attentive and helpful. She spent quite a bit of time explaining the car's features and technology. I recommend her highly.

Purchase of a new CX-5
Working with Charles Turner, who handled the purchase of my first CX-5, continued to be an accommodating and easy experience, considering the fact that the vehicle I wanted was in sharp demand! He located the CX-5 that I wanted and delivered it to me because I had been in an accident and am not driving at this point. Also, the service department at the Georgetown location has always been excellent and I plan to continue using.

Quick and courteous service
I took my car into Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown for the annual inspection and was out in less than 2 minutes. Greg provided me with a video of the inspection including the overall wear on my tires, brakes and wiper blades. I really like these videos so I can see what is going on with my car. This is the 8th Mazda I have purchased from Roger Beasley, I am sure I will buy another in the future. This dealership is great from sales to service!

We loved the Mazda we bought 7 yrs ago, and love the service department so we came back when we decided to replace my husband's vehicle. The person helping us, Krystal, was profession, kind, patient with a great attitude and personality. We're older, usually paying cash, and in the next 5yrs when we replace the 7yo Mazda, we hope she is still there. Thank you Mr. Beasley - you hire well

Took WAY longer than it should have
We walked in the minute they opened already knowing exactly what car we wanted and check in hand financed ready to go from my bank. We test drove the car, took ten minutes, went inside and sat, for 2 1/2 hours! There was no reason for any of it to take as long as it did! There were no issues or complications or approvals to be done. So the sitting and waiting for what? At the end they handed us one key and said we have the other to detail the car, so sit in another area for a few minutes, he actually said 15 minutes. An HOUR LATER, we had to track the guy down a second time to get them to please finally bring our car. Meanwhile we watched several people who came in way after us, drive off in their new cars.. Would recommend their service but we drove off with a car just the same.
