Is it COVID? Maybe it was the heat.. This service was average. The service tech was real good and knowledgeable. The only thing they missed was resetting the warnings. That was easy enough to figure... Maybe I’m grumpy from the heat...

Great selection, fair pricing
Easy purchase. Fast(er) closing process. Selection was very good. Other Beasley stores were also available. With so many dealerships and brands, it would be hard not to find the right car for you.

First, I would like to thank Dustin Walton for the initial contact to setup my purchase of a new car at Roger Beasley Mazda. He was patient and polite. He arranged for getting the estimates completed for my two trade-in cars .He then asked some questions about what I was shopping for to include type of transmission, accessories, and Trim. He then reviewed the inventory and suggested a car that should fit my requirements. He was quick to respond to all of my e-mail questions. Then he started the purchase process. Thank you Dustin. The sales representative assigned to me was Rick Tygret. He treated me like an old friend and made me comfortable. After checking my license, he gave me a key and told me to take as long as I needed to test drive my selected car. When I returned from the test drive he answered all my questions, explained features and benefits, and prepared the initial paper work. Kelly McWain prepared the final contract and associated documentation. She immediately put me at ease and explained every item and answered all of my questions. She was quick and accurate. She double checked with me to make sure the information was understandable and my personal information was correct. When the paper work was finished, she made a full set of copies for me. I had a short wait while my car was prepped for delivery. She graciously allowed me to hang out in her office while I waited. We had a pleasant chat and she didn't complain about my talking to her while she worked on other things. I know I was a distraction to her from time to time and she assured me it was ok to talk while she worked. A very charming and nice person. Thank you Kelly. Back to Rick. He explained all the features of the car nd explained how he had it set up and why. He programmed my iPhone to work with the car and downloaded a special Mazda app. He rode with me to my home to pick up my second trade-in car. On the way home, due to my excitement, I missed a turn. Even though he was anxious to finish for the day, he didn't complain and used the opportunity to demonstrate the GPS system. When we arrived at my home, he programmed my garage door and automatic property gate to use the car's controls to operate both. He was a pleasant companion during the ride and helped me relax as I learned to operate a new car. He never complained or rushed me. He was a friend. Thank you rick. You really took good care of me. Would I recommend Roger Beasley Mazda? You bet! This was my second Mazda from them. I have experienced all aspects of the dealership from purchasing to service. They are a class operation and sell an amazingly good product.

Amazing experience
Salesman Bob was perfect. He was thorough and listened to what I wanted. Found it and delivered it next day. Jason in finace was awesome too. Quick and didn't oversell me. Hreat experience!! Love my Miata!!

Bought Mazda 3 Sedan Preferred model
Tony Yousef was awesome and very friendly. Very nice sale person. He took time to explain everything and all features of the car! Really appreciate the effort from him. They're constructing new facilities hence the office is in the trailer, but we didn't face any difficulty. We were not a big fan of the manager Jeff - it didn't feel to me that he was really interested in selling the car or spending time with customers. I would suggest him to improve his customer experience behavior.

Fast and easy car shopping experience
I was considering multiple brands for a SUV purchase and Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown helped highlight unique features and pros of CX-5 over competitors. The product specialist Tony was particularly very helpful. He was able to provide detailed answers to my many questions regarding Mazda and its SUV lineup. Would definitely recommend shopping from them!

Adel made it easy
My dealings were with Adel and right up front he was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. simply helped the process and was very willing to make you happy with your car buying experience. They are under construction over there but it still felt like I was at home in my buying experience I shopped around at other dealerships and they made it feel like I was going to get ripped off somehow as a single woman buying her car. .my trust is very high in this dealership and I would recommend anyone going and dealing with anyone of them in there. I am extremely happy with my new car and I believe I got all around the best car! the vehicles are just amazing! They truly have produced some amazingly luxury and cost effective vehicles! I was able to feel like I got treated better than I would anywhere else they showed me my vehicle inside and out and how everything works thank you for making it a wonderful experience Adel!
