Purchase of a 2020 CX-5

Joe and Jeff were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained the process for each step of the purchase. Additionally, this was my college age daughter's first car and Joe spent more than an hour with her going over all the features. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Mazda CX5

Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Drove vehicle to my house for a second test drive. Also installed new mats for me while we were waiting to sign paperwork.

Considering the ongoing construction the facilities are very comfortable. Purchased my vehicle here three years ago and have been bringing it in for routine maintenance. They always do a good job.

Great service department

I am a Rewards member and have been going for regular service since I purchased my 2016 CX5. The service department is always clean and service is provided promptly. The staff is very friendly and professional. Overall a great experience.

Bought my 3rd Mazda

I just bought my 3rd Mazda. I keep coming back because of Richard Grimm. He's been my service adviser with all 3...over 10 years. He's always been professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Steve Atkinson was my sales rep and he too was great to work with. He knew what I was really looking for and what would make me happy. I can't wait to see the newly rebuilt dealership in he fall. Hence why no rating.

Great Service

Facility is in the process of remodeling and were bare for now. But will be nice once finished. Keep up the great customer service and excellent quality of repairs.

oil change and safety inspection

Fantastic service

These folks are very customer oriented. They are friendly and not so pushy. They do recommend, but Understand and accept a negative response. Will be happy to see the new building designs.
