My salesman, Jerry Albritton, was great. I have a real busy schedule and also travel quite a bit. I just don’t have time to go around looking for a vehicle. I called the dealership (after calling a few others without much follow up) and randomly got Jerry. Thank goodness I did. Jerry spent a few minutes on the phone asking me some questions about the type of vehicle and features I wanted. I told him the best way to communicate with me was by text. I suspect that probably puts off a lot of sales people. Not Jerry. He kept in touch with me without over communicating as he started his search. He was also very patient. When the first vehicle he found that met my needs was beyond what I wanted to spend, he adjusted his search to find me just what I needed. I have been buying vehicles for 30 years and hands down, it was the best experience I have ever had. The no haggle approach is a stroke of genius.

Contacted the dealership online. Was contacted by one of the salesman and given more information about the vehicle. He also sent me (via email) a copy of the CarFax report and reviewed it with me. After further conversation, I decided to visit the dealership and personally view the vehicle.

I have purchased 2 trucks within the last 2 years from Lynn Wyatt at Mullinax Ford of Mobile. Both of the trucks I wanted were at different Mullinax dealerships. Lynn Wyatt took care of everything for me - getting the trucks brought to Mobile, making sure they had exactly what I wanted. I have always despised buying cars in the past -- not anymore! Lynn Wyatt and Mullinax Ford of Mobile makes the sales experience stress free!!! There's NOT 10 trips into other offices as the sales person says, "let me take this to the 'Manager' and see what HE says". Lynn Wyatt and Mullinax Ford of Mobile does NOT work that way! I will use him again -- He has already sold me TWO (2) brand new trucks!!

I very disappointed customer still love Mullinax
I have no problems with the dealership. My mother purchased a Ford Mustang in 2006. This have been the only place it’s ever been for services. The car had a few problems of shutting off on its own twice two consecutive times when it had few hundred miles on it. Had an alternator replaced two years after that. While under warranty paid for it. Fast forward years later by 2013 2016 I had some belts replaced and they were replaced in the wrong manner they were crossed over my water pump hose as I drove it home I saw steam so I took it back up to Mullinax to tell them what the problem was. They said all kinds of fluids damaged the entire engine by spewing out. So it had to be replaced and it would no problem replacing it because it wasn’t my fault a mechanic negligence. So I wasn’t offered a newer engine for my troubles I was offered a used one don’t no how used it was. Probably About 2years from that the heads went out on the used engine. I proceeded to ask why should I pay almost 2,000 for something that shouldn’t be my fault an the engine I have not so old well atleast I thought and I was told that’s the only time they can honor that it will be on them. Of course I feel it should be an I shouldn’t have any type of issues for another 100,000 miles for my car to be an 07 I have about 109,000 miles on it I drive it to keep everything basically flowing and not rust or anything an I do understand somethings will go bad. I’m a dear customer and I tell Plenty of people to shop there if they have or not i put Mullinax up highly. I financially would love to get a truck from Mullinax one day. I have a friend a salesman’s there. Now I have another concern I took my car to be check out at Mullinax a a little time back months ago ,cause something causing my battery to go dead an my wiper motor went out so I purchased a wiper motor an was about to put it in myself but I don’t want to do that if my battery going dead for some odd reason. If I have a Ford an now my car is in the category of being a used car I was told from the service tech the mechanic couldn’t find out the issue. This suppose to be Ford dealing with a Ford vehicle. No recommendation or anything. So I’m stuck on finding a 2nd 3rd party. It shouldn’t be that way.
