Nalley GMC

Was just a quick stop by to get a decal put on my truck. Service mgr got right to my situation and had it taken care of within approximately 30 minutes.

This is my second auto purchase fro Nalley - and I am an hours drive away in Florida. I am comforted by the fact I have known Jim Smith (parts) for many years. Tony Harrison is a great sales person - appropriately assertive and very reliable. Mike Collins was always available for questions.

I would really like to giove the guys at nalley from salesman to finance man to the man who writes up deal and offers warranty's and such. Freddy is a man that made the difference in me purchasing the truck. He listened to what I wanted and did every thing possible to make me happy instead of pushing the best deal on me and trying to convince me he truly listened and also came in the next day on his day off just to make sure my truck was ready when he really did not have to do it. This is the kind of man that will make a dealership sale vehicles and he did a superb job so the big man who reads this needs to give him a little extra because I went to 10 dealerships looking at trucks and the service all around here is the best but Freddy made the sale to me by listening and professionally handling my truck deal thanks

I initially met Brett, who was incredibly friendly, warm and down-to-earth. He introduced himself and made me feel like a VIP. Then, I worked with Billy Ellington, who was very meticulous but laid-back in handling all details. Billy, like everyone else, was also was very friendly and fun to talk to. I felt like I was with friends, but I also knew they were very serious about their business. Later I worked with James to sign all my papers; he was incredibly efficient and experienced. To further add to the family feel, Duncan Molloy was kind enough to introduce himself and other staff members also said hello and smiled welcomingly. Truly a class act all around!
