Very poor service department, took my tuck in for a

Very poor service department, took my tuck in for a rattle in the door, they didn't fix it. I have left three messages with the service advisor and the dealership, no return call. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

The worst service I've ever received.

The worst service I've ever received. I called and made an appointment to bring in a new 2023 travel van (Ram) for an oil change. I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance. I brought the van in for my 7:30 scheduled appointment and was told the oil change would take about 4 hours. Really? With an appointment? So, I left the van all day and overnight with them. The next morning I went in to pick up the van.......and they hadn't even done anything!!! What is the point of making an appointment here? Worst "service" I've ever received. Save yourself some stress and go elsewhere. Robert S.

Jim Click five star saleslady Connie Johnson

I first met Connie Johnson at Holmes Tuttle Ford in November 2011, and due to her outstanding salesmanship, I bought a brand new 2012 Shelby Mustang 500. Then in 2015 I bought a brand new 2015 Big Horn Ram 1500 quad cab truck from Jim Click Ram, again due to Connie’s outstanding salesmanship, and in 2017, due to Connie’s outstanding salesmanship, I bought a 2018 Laramie Ram 1500 crew cab from Jim Click Ram. When you visit Jim Click Dodge Ram Chrysler, make sure you use Connie Johnson...she is friendly and a five star saleslady that speaks English, Filipino, and Spanish.

Jim Click Dodge Sales and Service.

Sales Representative Anton Chism Jr. was very helpful and knowledgeable on us getting the car we were looking for at the last minute. Thank you Anton for being there. Jim Click Dodge won having him as an employee. The Dodge Journey was exactly what we needed. All the paper work and financial needs were no problem in our discussion with buying the car.

I bought a car there and it was one of my most satisfying car buying dealer experiences . Uli handled the sale and Edgar handled the contract and they were fantastic . It takes people like this to have an outstanding dealership . I highly recommend this team and dealership and will be back to buy another vehicle .

Want quality service

Made an appointment to get my back up camera fixed. Waited a month only to drive there and have them say they couldn't do it because it could take up to 4 hours to diagnose. Don't do that kind of work on a Saturday. Have platinum plan with maintenance for life.truck now leaks oil after a month of having them change the oil. Never rotated my tires because I marked them so I would know if they were done.

I stopped in today to make an appointment for some...

I stopped in today to make an appointment for some warranty work on my new challenger. Chrysler also called me a few days before and said when they built the car they put the wrong wheels on it and I had a choice to keep the ones I have or get the ones I paid for. The service advisors first ask where I bought the car, {Phoenix dealer} then tried to dance around providing or making an appointment to have any of the issues taken care of, Did not look at may car or issues just focused why they did not want to deal with the warranty work. Next call I make will be to Chrysler and asks what dealers in my area are willing to provide warranty service.
