Excellent Service!!

Took in my 2017 Journey for an express oil change. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. Oil change was completed to my satisfaction. The refreshments were cookies, snacks, water and hot coffee. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with all kinds of reading material. The checkout/payment process was simple. I was walked to my vehicle and had a pleasant departure. Thank you Jim Click Dodge service team for an easy car maintenance experience.

Changed oil change policy?

I bought a Chrysler300 c in 2011, had the maintenance for. Life booklet. Took the car in for oil changes once a year, I drive very low miles. Last time I went in for an oil change the service advisor said I could not have an oil change because my car only had 20,000 miles on it.. since when.?

Great customer service for new car purchase

Today I purchased a 2019 Dodge Journey and it was a totally pain free experience. The staff was kind and welcoming and so attentive in reviewing all of the great features of my car. I look forward to driving it for many years and taking it to the dealership for its regular maintenance. Scott was the best in introducing me to all of the wonderful features of my car and Rocky was very efficient in making the financial part go smoothly. A very friendly and efficient dealership.

Ask for Chris Zazueta. I saw him on a Saturday afternoon at about 2 pm, found my truck, and got out of there faster than I thought possible. Easily the best car salesman I've ever dealt with.

New Truck purchase

Decided to purchase a new 2500 Ram pickup. Since Jim Cliick did the service on our 2009 F350 Ford for the last 10 years and we where relatively pleased with our service, Jim Click was the first dealership we visited. Well to make a long story short they where awful to us they insulted us and our trade saying something bad about the diesel motor in our F350 we have always kept our truck in prime condition...and they know this because they did the service and repairs for the truck since it was new. Well they gave us an insulting trade in value...Kelly blue book said it should be worth 23K and they would only give us 15k and they wouldn't budge on the price of their left over 2018 model Ram. We went across town and Larry Miller was 7k cheaper on the deal for the same model truck. I will never use Jim Click again or have him service my vehicles

Their maintenance for life is a jok!

I have 2 vehicles that I have brought to Jim Click, one is New Ram and the other an older Mercury Mariner.so, 2 seperate dealerships but huge problems at both. The Mariner has maintenence for life which is a joke unless you have 3 hours to wait and that's with an appointment made 3 weeks prior. That's just one of many other issues I've had with them not to mention they are flat out rude. With the Ram (Dodge dealership) you can call for an appointment and if your lucky on the 5th or 6th call someone might even answer. Then I get lucky and actually get the appointment only to show up for it a week later (recall issue) and they don't have the part. The J Click family of dealerships will never get my business in the future. If you want to buy a car they are all over you, but for service they are nonexistent, go figure.

Best dealership!!!

Nathaniel was awesome!! They made my buying experience awesome.. after spending almost 6hours at Larry h Miller just get be told a bunch of lies.. Everything that Jim Click told me happened and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy..I will never buy from anywhere else
