Excellent experience

Our experience at Arrow Ford was the absolute best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman Malcom and with assistance from Bryant made the vehicle selection process very enjoyable. Loy in finance streamlined the closing experience and was the very best person we could have had. The entire overall team was the best. Absolutely would recommend Arrow Ford for your car buying experience.

Don't shop at Arrow Ford

Mason did not return my texts to answer my questions three different times. I did not want to buy from Arrow but my husband was ready. Horrible experience!! Will never shop there again.

Needed TX inspection to get vehicle registered in TX. Service was fast and staff friendly.

Suv repairs

The repairs to my Ford Escape were completed earlier than promised and done completely. The service advisors were very knowledgeable, friendly, and effecient.
