We first met salesperson, Mandy on a prior visit. We told her pretty much what we were looking for and though there were a few pickups that peeked our interest we decided to pass at that time, but kept Mandy's info., for when we returned. We were out and about and decided to once again drop in, luckily for us, Mandy was there and remembered us and this time we found a F-150 2021 Pickup with all the bells and whistles. The vehicle had just arrived so that they had to keep it till the did all the 'check-up' required for a used vehicle and we wanted to have the bed sprayed with rino-liner. They made us a great office on our 2012 pickup, and once we closed the deal all were happy. Arrow Ford has a great package which comes with the vehicle, many items for it's life-time. Everyone we encountered were nice and helpful, very welcoming. We'd recommend to anyone to seek their service.

Brandon was very helpful. I couldn?t make it to the facility right away but wasn?t hesitant to help me over the phone. By the time I made it over there we had already found a deal to work on and we finished the same day. He had arranged for me to have help while he was busy since I couldn?t get over there right away. Jacob was the other salesman. Also very helpful. The service is the main reason I went back to Arrow Ford to trade. Will be going back for my future vehicles as well.

I have to drive 70 miles to get to Arrow Ford. We have only one car so we have to wait for the service to be completed. The wait was, thankfully, very short. We really appreciate this considerate service.
