Everyone at the service counter was friendly and

Everyone at the service counter was friendly and professional. My car was ready before promised which was wonderful. I sat and had a cup of their delicious coffee ( a latte actually), and before I knew it, the car was ready. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

The customer service experience at this dealership is underwhelming. You can stand at the service desk waiting and be ignored by multiple employees busy looking at their cell phones, not talking to anyone. Happened to me multiple times.

Y’all have my contact info. Good service organizations call the clients. They don’t ask the clients to call and explain.

Kathie was very help. I filled out an online form overnight and early the next morning she called. I went to the dealership and decided I wanted the car at their other location and she drove to get for me. Great experience!

In fpr an oil change.

In fpr an oil change. Was quick, friendly, and even got me a lyft ride to breakfast and back. Great overall service. I'll be back.

Had my truck served Oct 11 10/ 23 I had no battery

Had my truck served Oct 11 10/ 23 I had no battery to start truck. I called AAA CA and had a Lock out service and paid for two batteries. Not to happy your service dept. Did Not Recommend I needed New batteries... Respectfully yours, Tom Smith
