Your phone automated system sucks. Then when I finally did get to talk with a real person they couldn’t even tell me what the status of my truck was because they were not even located in the area. I’m not recommending your dealer to anyone. Thank you for replacing the starter.

I’m glad that you have taken the opportunity to respond. It took me coming down to the dealership to explain my problem as when I did talk with a representative that it was a 2 week wait to get my starter replaced. When I showed up with my truck on a tow truck then I was told that they could fix it the next day. As I was traveling south for the winter and your dealership was the only one in the area that had a starter as I did phone around to the other Ford dealers in Dallas area. Your dealership then gave us a ride back to our campground in Denton. But the day of the repair we contacted you for a ride back to your dealership, they said they would send us a ride out to pick us up. We waited over two hours before being told that your dealership canceled our ride because we were staying too far away from your dealership. Now we had to scrambled to phone our son to get him to pick up the keys for our truck before your service department closed for the day as we were not able to get there ourselves. Then our son drove out to get us so we could pick up our truck as we had to leave the campground the next morning. So not only could we not find out what was going on with our truck. We couldn’t even get a ride back to your dealership which we paid more for the starter and repairs then if I could have in Canada. In Canada it would have been cheaper. They quoted me $985.00 CDN for the starter and replacement time 1.5 hours. I paid your dealership over $1,200.00 USD for the same product. So for these reasons I am giving you the poor review. 1 - Your phone automated system sucks 2 - When you finally get to talk with someone they are not located at your dealership at all. 3 - When you have an out of town customer who’s only mode of transportation is at your dealership being worked on and you don’t give them a ride back to get their vehicle gives you a fail in my experience. So I want to know what you plan on doing with future customers that will have the same problem or issues as I have experienced with your dealership. By the way the starter is working great. Thanks for repairing my truck I do appreciate that. Retired Canadian Army Veteran
Good afternoon My complaint still stands. After listening to your automated phone system again for the past 20 minutes without any response from a representative. I pressed 0 for an operator and got the same automated response 5 times without talking with a real person. YOUR PHONE SYSTEM SUCKS If you want to talk with me about helping me out with this. You can call me in person at 1(807)220-4667. I will not call your automated phone number anymore because I still suffer with PTSD, severe anxiety disorder and depression. Listening to your automated phone service just makes things worse for me. Retired Canadian Army Veteran
Great service.
Great service. They made it easy. Dropped off my car and when it was finished, they brought it back to me. Nice customer reps at the service desk, too.

I purchased my 2019 Ecosport 4 years ago and have had it service there since. I have a maintenance agreement and had points to use recently to buy a new battery.. Fabian is my Service Manager and he took care of me this past Saturday… 11/18/23.. Thank you bunches..

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire alightment/rotation. The process to check in was very simple and there was no line at 9am. I opted for the shuttle service via Lyft but there was an issue with phone numbers so I wasn't matched with my driver until after waiting 45 minutes, but it was smooth from then on. Carina called me when the services were complete and helped me apply my Ford points to the invoice. She also helped valet deliver my car to my home and provided me receipt upon arrival. It's my second time with the service department and I intend to come back again for my future maintenance.
