Phil was great. Very good communication and very up front about where we were in the buying process. I bought out of state and shipped the car, so it was more involved than normal and Phil handled things nicely. He was upfront about any 'imperfections' in my used car and seems like a nice, honest guy who was there when I had any questions.

Worst ever Kaleb was the worse sales men I’ve bought plenty of cars and he refused to sell a car or return a call because I wouldn’t finance in-house, luckily west tx knows how to do business and I’m a happy owner now!! I would never recommend Bil Utter ford to anyone!!
