Got our recall done same day, wait was a little long but everyone was helpful.

We purchased a used vehicle from Phil, he was by far the easiest, most conscientious salesman we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He continued to stay in touch with us, kept us updated and walked us through every step! This is the nicest most laid back dealership we have ever come across, no pressure, no hassle! This is easily my 4th purchase from Bill Utter Ford, my parents have purchased a dozen over the years back when Bill Sr was still running g the dealership. I’ve moved away from Denton, but still come to Denton and Bill Utter for Ford vehicles even though several Dallas area dealerships are closer. .

I made an appointment for car repair and it’s now 9 days later and no car. I have not received call backs from service representatives except to say it will cost $4,000. All the positive reviews I see posted are from men, so I guess I’m the wrong gender/age to receive positive service. I purchased this car from Bill Utter and had no problem with sales. They were very courteous. Not the service department!
