I’ve purchased all my vehicles and serviced them from Bill Utter Ford last 23yrs!!! I have always received great customer service!! When I take my vehicles in for service or issues, they listen to me and communicate with me throughout the service! I always know that when I leave Bill Utter Ford everything has been taken care of!!! I’m a customer for life!!!

Always willing to help. Great service, great facility. Time estimates are on track and there is always a little extra service to make the experience great.

Jason was outstanding worked really hard over a period of about six months. It paid off for him. Keith in parts is Outstanding also but not really impressed with service so far

People in the service area were helpful and friendly The area was very clean and well kept. The waiting area was reasonably comfortable. The coffee machine is difficult to figure out.

I'm not sure of the young man's name who did our paperwork but he deserves 5 stars too. 25 words !!! Seriously!!! Really !!! Unbelievable!!!

My previous car was serviced by Bill Utter Ford and service was exceptional. My current Lincoln was purchased and serviced elsewhere and the service agent was disappointing. Bill Utter service employees understand what the word "service" means. I especially want to recognize Karina Rubio and Alex Celis. I am back to Bill Utter for all my car needs!
