After taking over 2 hours to do an oil change, I found a...

After taking over 2 hours to do an oil change, I found a leak. When I took my vehicle back (another 1.5 hours) it was dismissed as no big deal. "Sorry our employee was just lazy." Disgusting the lack of concern. 2 trips, almost 4 hours total. My money and time will be spent elsewhere if this is what I can expect from y'all.

Everyone was very nice and friendly, my only problem was a very long wait time. Alex was very nice. The service department was very clean.

Called this morning to see about getting flat tire fixed,...

Called this morning to see about getting flat tire fixed, bought my new f150 at dealer in Richardson. Also bought 60 mo wheel and tire warranty. Was told I had to take truck to original dealer to be fixed. I knew this was BS. Got a call back telling me I could take to any Ford dealership, so I brought it in. Told it would take 1 - 1.5 hours. Actually took 2.5 hrs for a flat repair and rotation. Then the bill wasn't right, had to convince them (after getting the warranty repair approved) not to charge me for it! Very frustrating, won't be returning!

This center wants to charge $145 per hour for service. This is an outrageous price for service on a vehicle. The overhead is way too high if that is the cost required to break even.

I am a resent resident to this area the service at Bill Utter Ford has been excellent. I replaced my car about a month ago and it was a Ford, that's four over the years. and i will be having any and all service at Bill Utter. Thanks for a job well done...

This was the best experience I've had with a car...

This was the best experience I've had with a car dealership! From 1st phone inquiry to final sale, Elante went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Elante and Eddie in finance were both honest and transparent about the price and expectations for the the loan. Eddie then went above and beyond as well in negotiating the best possible deal and rate for me. I will be referring friends and family to this dealership, and I will be a return customer for sure.
