The service advisor, Alex, was professional and courteous. He also helped me with reviewing the details of my service contracts, warranty coverage, etc which another dealer did not do. I will be returning to this service department again.

First rate facilities. Had some warranty work done. Completed quickly. Only miss was that greasy hand marks were left on steering wheel center and my headliner. Simple error and simple fix that. Good place to do business with.

Completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Tony was great to work with. For a 2014 Explorer, I suspected that getting the parts might be a problem ... nope!

Complete con artists. Went to them for an oil change and got a call that I needed to pay $175 extraction fee to remove locking lug nuts because they "might" break. Would not rotate my tires without paying this fee. Removed them at home with no problem in 5 minutes. Lost my trust completely! Beware!!!

The service rep was Prompt, courteous, respectful and thorough. Exactly what one would expect from a dealership to warrant loyalty for future service and potential purchase of vehicle.
