After purchasing our new truck, we returned to have some...

After purchasing our new truck, we returned to have some accessories installed. When we picked it up, the tailgate remote opening and closing was disabled and they had to take it back to enable it. While driving home the speedometer was reading both mph and kph, which it shouldn’t be able to do. We had to disconnect the battery to fix that. Overall the purchasing experience was good, but a lot of switches had been moved and systems messed with while in for service. We live too far from the dealership for that to be an issue for us since we won’t be going there for any service.

Too the point no BS diagnostic nickel and dimming earned them over $1600 in service repair work next week. Good job so far just hope the suggested front end repairs get it right

Great customer service!Sherrie at check out handle a situation in a day that had been delayed for 6 months Having to get accustomed to all the new staff in service department. A relationship was developed with several workers in the past that understood my needs and my vehicle. However, Alex stepped up to the plate. Thank you Bill Utter! Thank you service department!

two and a half hours to get an oil change is REDICULOUS! I was the fourth car in line. when I buy the extra things they find the work gets done much quicker!

After taking over 2 hours to do an oil change, I found a...

After taking over 2 hours to do an oil change, I found a leak. When I took my vehicle back (another 1.5 hours) it was dismissed as no big deal. "Sorry our employee was just lazy." Disgusting the lack of concern. 2 trips, almost 4 hours total. My money and time will be spent elsewhere if this is what I can expect from y'all.
