Went in for an oil change. Took over 2 hours. I think that’s too long. Friendly people but they told us it would be an hour and it was over an hour before they even started.

Did everything I requested and also took care of some issues I didn’t know about. Was able to replace my drivers side rear view mirror in the same day. Thought for sure that would have taken longer due to COVID bs. Great bunch of people.

Called to confirm timing for an appointment to get 2 new...
Called to confirm timing for an appointment to get 2 new keys made. Showed up at 1:15 and told the service rep I have a hard stop at 2:15 does that work? He said yes, no problem. 2:05 rolls around and the car was still sitting in the parking lot. Had to leave, come back and wait another 50 minutes for the keys.

The help I needed was specific. Don and Marcos the mechanic worked with me. I used specific parts not available at the dealership so I depended on shipping which was slow at best. The task at hand was not emergent so time was not an issue. I always liked Bill Utter Ford and will continue to do business with them.
