Excellent service and workmanship. Been coming to Bill Utter Ford for 20+ years. Greg Hall is my favorite service person. Always is knowledgeable about service and highly recommend.

After seeing one of your false advertisements my wife...

After seeing one of your false advertisements my wife and I came in looking to trade our 18 Explorer for a 2020 F-150 Platinum. We told the salesman Ivan why we were there and what we were wanting. When it came time to talk numbers he left us at his desk for 20 min to go work out the best deal he could for us. He came back with the most insulting offer. They are advertising up to $5000 more then your trade is worth towards a new vehicle. They offered more than $3000 less then the lowest trade in value from KBB. We bought our Explorer new from Klement Ford in Muenster where they were fair, honest and they made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I guess we will have to go back to Klement Ford. Here as I type this Ivan called me back. Apparently the salesmen do not know what deals the dealership is advertising so he apologized for that, fair enough. He then made another ridiculous offer and tried to tell me that the lowest value shown as the “trade in value” off KBB is what they sell their used vehicles for. This is called a lie, typical sleezy used car salesman tactic. AVOID BILL UTTER FORD IF YOU WANT A FAIR HONEST DEAL

Rude and unprofessional. Technician left vehicle...

Rude and unprofessional. Technician left vehicle partially disassembled and kept the fasteners needed to reassemble it. The diagnostic I paid for was incorrect and caused a further waste of time and money. I would go somewhere else.

Everything was good. Timely and appreciate the washed car. Extra kudos to the courtesy driver. Young and well mannered. But an EXCELLENT driver. REminded me of what they teach you in drivers ed.

When my tow vehicle (F350) suffered an emissions control...

When my tow vehicle (F350) suffered an emissions control problem as we were leaving for vacation, Bill Utter got to it quickly. Though the first fix didn’t solve the issue, the Service Manager intervened to make sure the vehicle was fixed properly and even arranged a loaner car so I didn’t have to arrange transportation back and forth! Though we departed three days late, they salvaged our vacation. That’s good customer service!

Had a great experience. Adam and Toronto were both great. They did all they could to make me happy and keep me calm. Bill Utter is the beat!
