I am still waiting to rate the quality of work performed....

I am still waiting to rate the quality of work performed. We had the roof rack repaired due to a manufacture defect. I took the tape off today. I noticed that the epoxy they used maybe didn't seal the entire piece.

Had an appointment. Took a day off from work.. Got there...

Had an appointment. Took a day off from work.. Got there @ 7 A.M.. Dealership called later to mention that they don't have the parts for the recall service and they would have to be ordered.
