Bill Utter Ford

I purchased a preowned vehicle from Adam & Bill Utter Ford recently. It was a fantastic experience all around. I am not the type of person to look forward to purchasing a new vehicle, but I truly had a great time. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision, all the while Adam had immense knowledge on the vehicle and would also point out things I hadn't even thought about. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle you can't go wrong with Adam at Bill Utter!

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
