They were quick with adding accessories to my new truck. It took a long time for somebody to acknowledge me when I returned the rental. Service managers always ignore and just keep making calls instead of helping walk-in customers. There needs to be a better system for service.

Quincy was straight forward with no BS. We agreed on a price over the phone. Then I drove to the dealership and did the deal! It made the experience great!

Service was quick and representatives were very helpful. Greg Hall explained what work was needed and what the total cost would be. The work was completed in less than a day. And, John Witt sent me home in a nicely washed vehicle.

Called to make an appointment. They were able to get me in immediately. Drop off was easy, staff was very friendly. Car was ready when promised. Great experience!

Easy drop off. Easy pickup. Everything explained well. The fixed everything just as I had asked. The service writer even took the time to explain all the repairs and what caused the issue.

The process was smooth, every organized and clean. Very clean service department and also shop, i would definitely recommend this dealer for any kind of services needed for your ford.

You drive in to the service bay and it may take 10 minutes or more for a service advisor to come out and see what you need. Then it is like they are doing you a favor by asking what you need. On at least one occasion I waited for 15 minutes and no one came out although there were at least 5 people looking out and acting as if they had nothing to do.

I was a little annoyed that my “life time brake pad” deal came with me paying $120 for brake linings and another charge for break fluid when I was led to believe all I would be responsible for was the labor when it was time to change them.
