Overall,’my issue was resolved. I did leave instructions when I dropped off my vehicle to wash it upon pick up. When I picked up my vehicle, it was not washed. I would also have liked to been asked/ offered to address any recall issues. Now I have to make arraignments to go back and address the recall issues. I just felt I e had better service at other dealerships.

Mostly good
Everything went well until after the paperwork was signed and they had washed the vehicle. It was then that I had noticed the the back liftgate had been damaged. I did point it out to Adam along with the missing button on the dash. He said he was working on the button and did not comment on the damage to the liftgate. Other that that it was the easier than I thought it would be to buy a vehicle.

I bought a 2013 Toyota Yaris over a month ago. Tom was my salesman. I was very happy with the price and financing provided. As well, the followup service to fix a couple minor issues on the vehicle was fast and efficient.

Quincy was great, the deal was real and straight forward, no games. Made the deal through email and phone calls and texts. Considering all that is going on we were in and out of the dealership in no time at all, not to mention the fact that they stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to sell us our vehicle.
