Recently purchased a used car from Bill Utter. Salesman was courteous and professional. Process was quick and simple. Great price, great service, what else could you ask for?

The only reason I gave a 4 star was because I asked for a wash and detail after my oil change. I got the car back it was just washed and poorly washed at that! It was not vacuumed or wiped down! I guess in my opinion if they want you to take care of your car for resale value I think keeping it clean should be automatically done like the old days! The employee I checked was the person I spoke to on the phone when I called. I asked for him when I got there like he suggested me do but he was busy with another customer.

Was a Smooth transaction no pressure nice and Professional. Super quick and found the best interest Mike was very nice in take his time to explain everything detailed awesome service.

Couldn’t ask for a better service writer or loaner car person. I was treated with courtesy and respect from start to finish. Thank you, Heath Woodrum

Arrived without an appointment for a oil change, tire rotation and recall. Vehicle was ready in half the the amount of time I thought I would be waiting.
