Quincy Alonzo was a fantastic salesman. Gave us a better price than even our USAA car buying program. The whole process was so easy. We’ve bought many vehicles over the years, but this was BY FAR our best purchasing experience ever. Highly recommend.

Very good experience, friendly, good attitudes.

It was fun working with our service person she had a great attitude, was friendly and took care of our needs for getting our fleet serviced in a timely manor. She kept me notified thru out the process.

Great Service

We ask for Dillon because he always makes sure our process is quick and easy. Its nice to be able to work with the same person that knows you and your cars.

Service

Took my pickup for a front wheel alignment and oil change. Set appointment for 8:00 am. Took my truck there at 8:05. Was told it would take about 3 hours and they they would call me back as soon as it was done. I called in to find out status and was told they were out to lunch and they had to close the ticket before they could release it. Call back later and find out that was ready. This was 6 hours later and if I had not called to check in I now think I would have had to wait all day. Just in case you do not know other people have to work also. Our time is also valuable. Just a little common courtesy of make a 20 second call would really go a long way. Same thing happened last time I was there and I thought " stuff" happens. I have bought two cars, tires ,and had numerous repairs done there and my experience this last time just put a sour taste in my mouth with the service and attitude there. Good thing about a city the size of Denton, is there are other businesses that do offer good services - like your business once did.

4 tires and an oil change

Normally whe I go in for service, it's about an hour and a half. So I block it out for the day and schedule it. But twice now I had to get a set of 4 tires for 2 of my vehicles and I scheduled a head of time to make sure they have the tires. Both times they said when we scheduled they had the tires, but someone else got them, and they did not know that they did not have them till they had already removed them from the rims. That does not seem like good business.

Awesome service

With no questions asked Bill Utter was able to fix my car up and also provided a reliable loaner. Car was fixed in less than a week and looked amazing

Awesome experience

Corey the salesperson was awesome! However, Corey will make sure your car is detailed and clean Corey is very Patient and positive. person Toronto, the finance officer worked a miracle on my behalf, thank you so much for the hard work Toronto customer for life here. The vehicle I wanted, I was told by management one of there employee utilizing the vehicle due to his surgery. This was the only down fall I saw. Other, then that . They went above the call of duties Toronto and Corey Respectively, Brenda Martin

Best service I have ever had!

Danny was great! Broke down on I35W south of Denton. Had my truck towed to Bill Utter, on a Sunday night. Left my key in overnight drop box (GREAT). Monday morning Danny called me and got the repairs started. GREAT SERVICE. took care of my truck and I am back on the road. All around great service. Thank you!

The folks at BUF are always willing to help me get thru the process of fixing or servicing my vehicles as quickly as possible. They keep me informed as to the status and always call when there are question.
