Mixed emotions and concerns about several items concerning the purchase of this used automobile at this time. Not happy about some things, while I am overall satisfied. I would have liked further work done on this particular auto since it had been in an accident prior to my purchasing it. Most everyone I had dealt with was very helpful. There definitely were and still are some negatives about this sale.

I brought my 2018 Explorer for repair. It had a horrible grinding noise when I steered. They provided me a loaner and I got my car the next day. They found a rock Had lodged itself in the steering mechanism. They removed it and my car drives wonderful. They also found my shocks were leaking fluid and they replaced those and it was all covered by warranty. I trust them with our vehicles and their service department is professional and top-notch.

Was very quick to make the deal I wanted. Sales manager Ken was great. He understood my needs and the money I wanted to spend for a cargo van to work out of. I would highly recommend anyone to talk to Ken If looking for a used automobile.

While waiting for recall work I asked if any recommended services were needed at my mileage. When some would have taken advantage of an opening to upsell not only did he not, I was reassured that nothing would be needed for a while. I will definitely be back.

The service manager took time explaining the problems with me. Patrick worked with me to help me understand the total problem. Danny Morris called me several times to keep me updated on my vehicle and was always professional and patient.

After 2 days of car shopping, I was pleasantly greeted by a very nice young man, Elante Smith. He was the most personable, and professional salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not once did I feel any kind of pressure, nor did I feel any kind of bias towards me because I was a woman. When my husband and I went back the next day, he immediately connected with Elante on so many levels that by the time the whole process was finished, we wanted to have Elante home for dinner.

Danny was very helpful and took care of getting me into a rental car while my car was being worked on. Thanks for getting me taken care of.

I have been a solid customer for over thirty years and each year the dealership keeps improving. My salesperson Rey Trevino has move to a different department but he was kind enough to introduce us to Jim Houghton who is very knowledgeable of the ford products. I feel he will fill Rey Trevino's place as our personal salesman.
