GREAT SERVICE!

Great service. Carina Thompson is a very professional Service writer and flourishes under pressure as yall are always very busy, but she ensures the customer in front of her is taken care of in a timely manner.

My wife and I had a very good experience at Bill Utter Ford.

My wife and I dealt with Doyle Chaffin in the sales department and Toronto Spikes in finance. This was the second truck purchased at this dealership and the second time Doyle was our salesperson. We got the truck we wanted and dealing with Doyle and Toronto was a pleasurable experience.

This was the 6th car we bought from Doyle at Bill Utter!

I believe the reason we even ended up at Bill Utter Ford in Denton was because my husband drove by there while working and saw a car he liked. From our very first visit we were happy with the service we received. The sales team is not annoying and they don’t bombard you as soon as you drive onto the lot. As far as Doyle, he truly listened to what we wanted every time and went above and beyond to get us in exactly what we were looking for. He is patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. We moved to Mansfield recently yet we still drove an hour to Bill Utter Ford to buy our newest car. There are countless dealerships between our home and Denton but to us it is worth the drive to deal with honest people who care more about making their customers happy than just getting the sale. We will buy from here again in the very near future! I also choose to get service done here on both of our cars. They are quick and the price is fair.

Couldn't be more pleased!

My service writer Danny is tops at what he does. He's a complete winner. The loaner car lady is excellent, at making available just what the customer needs. I like my F-150 that I bought at Utter Ford and I like Utter Ford!

Polite

Provided a list of items that should be addressed, but did not provide an estimate. Would have been nice to know how much the items would cost: brake shoes and coolant flush.

Broken GPS

I got my truck back and my GPS is still not fixed... the service center told me they put a whole new GPS in my truck but it seems worse than the first one....it seems like they put in an old GPS as it doesn’t recognize the new highways in my area when the first one did. I will be calling them back after the holiday

great customer service

the team at bill utter did an amazing job. they went above and beyond to make me happy. I work long hours and was un able to pick loaner vehicle up so they brought it too me. the manager was awesome and so was my advisor witt. keep up the great work

Ford Escape

Adam is awesome! He is very knowledgeable of the inventory. He only showed me the vehicle and price range I wanted. I wasn’t going to buy that day but the Escape Titanium was too good to pass up. Adam showed me all the extra features and price in comparison to other inventory which sealed the deal for me. Great low key salesmanship! This is the fourth vehicle I bought from Bill Utter! The last two were from Toronto! To see him in Finance 4 years later says a lot about Bill Utter.
