Oil change and the works

Everybody was nice and helpful . The lady in the service department helped me understand what needed to be done and the prices. Donna guided me to the service department and what to ask for.

Great Experience

Bill Utter Service Department is great!

The service department at Bill Utter Ford is so friendly and helpful. It’s easy to schedule, they have a pleasant waiting are and offer shuttle if you need it.

Professional and easy!

Brought my 06 Lincoln truck in for a misfire. I had a tune up done a year before at another shop. They found several plugs installed incorrectly. Fixed the issue now runs like new. Won’t be going back to the other well known shop, unlike them, bill utter didn’t try to upsell me the whole time. They simply fixed the problem and I’m on the road. They have earned my. business and I will be back.

Everything went as planned on schedule!

I just made my first Ford truck purchase. Everything went smooth as silk! I recommend everyone to purchase from this dealership! The test driving process was very easy!

Good Service and Repairs

My car, a Ford Freestyle, was only produced for 3 years. I could have gone somewhere else that was cheaper to have the brakes worked on, but I figured that the Ford dealership would be able to get the parts that were needed. As it turned out, because they hadn't seen my model for awhile, they had to send to Dallas to get the parts. Meanwhile, instead of making me wait for hours in their lounge, (which is comfortable by the way), they arranged for a gentleman to take me home and then to return later and take me back to the dealership after my car had been repaired. This service was at no additional cost to me. I will add that although I live in Denton county, I do not live in Denton. The only suggestion that I have for improving the service is to include an ETA to let a customer know approximately the time to expect the ride back to the dealership. Now when I tap the brakes the car doesn't screech. The repairs were done by people who know what they are doing and do it best. Thank you.

Top Notch Service

I can't say enough good about this service department. Quality of work, cost/price effectiveness of the repair, as well as the quick turn-around time were all fantastic. Excellent service!

Overall I was pleased

My salesman, service advisor, and service manager were all great! My only complaint is that the communication between the service department, Ford customer care, and the vehicle owner needs to be better. This is mainly a problem for Ford customer care, not the dealer. They have always gone out of their way to help me and make my buying and servicing experience as good as possible. I have bought 2 trucks from Kim Payne, and he is terrific!!

Truck buy!

Great experience here at Bill Utter Ford. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went through the features with me prior to driving off.my new truck. Got great service from the financial department and a great trade in from my Toyota Camary! Recommend them highly for your next new car buy!!

Purchase of Lease on Edge

Kim Payne was great with when I bought the 2016 Edge in 2016 and again great when I came in to purchase the car off the lease. However, your Financial Manager, Kenneth Carter was pushy about why I should lease another car rather than help me with financing of my Edge. He treated me like was an idiot that did not know anything about buying or financing a vehicle. Kim and I both made it clear that I was there to purchase the car and not lease a new car. I was in banking for over 20 years and had made auto loans to many customers.. I knew about financing and leasing. Mr. Carter kept pushing for me to lease a new car, which would increased my payment over $100.00 a month more than I was paying. I financed the balance of the lease at my local bank and my payment was about $100.00 less than my lease. I appreciate Kim for listening to my preference on not pushing for a new sale. I will do business with Bill Utter Ford again when I need to buy another car, but I will under no circumstance will I have any dealing with Mr. Ken Carter.
