Improved service

Great courteous service. Just wished Quick Lube matched the quickness of free standing oil change units. But great surroundings and nice folks make up the difference. Hats off to Greg in service and Dave and Carl in sales management

The process was easy and painless. I knew what I was looking for and Doyle pointed me in the right direction. I brought my wife up for a test drive and we purchased it immediately.

Best purchase experience ever (Cory Cuellar)!!

Went in originally to look at the 2020 Explorer and worked with Cory Cuellar. He was attentive and answered all of our questions. Cory also suggested that we look at the 2019 Ford Edge ST. We really liked the Edge and began the next step. Cory offered us a great deal on the Edge that was without all of the usual dealership drama. Went in for a final look and still expected the usual run-around. Once again all business and the processing of paperwork was done in little less than an hour. Finance and Accessories were quick and kept on target. I had planned 4 hours, and we were done in a little over an hour. The experience was what I had always hoped for when buying a car. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process, and I would highly recommend Bill Utter Ford and Cory!!

Recall Service

I received a recall notice on my wife's 2014 Ford Explorer Limited. I called the dealer as the letter had requested. Johnny in the service department was Very ATTENTIVE to my concerns about the recall. He got me scheduled on a day and time that fit my schedule perfectly. I was able to drop the car off early that morning. Just as Johnny had promised I received a call from him that afternoon telling me the necessary repairs had been made and the Explorer was ready to be picked up. He also advised me that he checked for any other recalls and there were none that related to my year, make and model. It is nice to know that you have a service advisor that takes the time to make sure you are safe on the road and follows through on their commitment to follow up. Great job Johnny.

Excelent Service

Easy to set up my appointment, agent was diligent and courteous, work was completed on time and efficiently, courtesy transportation was arranged to pick me up to retrieve my vehicle.

Had a problem. Brought it in. Problem resolved.

My 2016 F250 had a check coolant additive warning come on. I needed an oil change as well. I came to Bill Utter Service and once again Johnny the service advisor took good care of me. The coolant chemicals were not at peak levels causing the warning to alert me. Johnny got the F250nin fornthe oil change and they also handled the flushing of the old antifreeze with new. Back on the road in a few hours. Great service.

Home Town Friendly!!

We purchased our other vehicle from a similar type dealer several years ago. Shortly after our purchase they were bought by a large conglomerate dealer. The personalized service, recognition and just plain customer service declined drastically immediately after the purchase to the point I did not want to go there for anything I did not have to. I'd also had a bad experience at another 'large' dealer in the area. when we stopped at Bill Utter Ford, Phil immediately stopped what he was doing and introduced himself and just listened to us before suggesting anything. We were not really ready to buy and he did not pressure us. We spent some time looking, more time talking and listening to his suggestions; he vowed to research some vehicles for us on the web as they did not have anything we liked in stock. Short story long... when we got in our car to leave, both my wife and I looked at each other and said, "this is our new dealership". We have our new vehicle and the service level has not stopped. Everyone we have met there makes us 'feel as one of the family'. I know that cliche, but the truth!

Oil change. Friendly staff. Took are of me!

Great service. Friendly and accommodating. They treat you like family and a nice waiting area. Comfortable with televisions, charging stations, coffee, and more. The Staff are very personable.
