Over the top service

Took my car in for a free tire rotation (i purchased my tires at BUF) and showed John Witt (the Service attendant) a bumper scratch and wondered if that was paint removed from my bumper, or paint deposited on the bumper from the offending vehicle. It was paint removed from my bumper and John offered to paint over the scratches for the cost of the touch-up paint. Tires got rotated and scratches are no longer visible!! Thank you John Witt...THANK YOU Bill Utter Ford!!

Outstanding Service

Very satisfied with my service and follow up. Karina stayed on top of the progress and completeness of the needed repairs. A minor come back was satisfactorily taken care of immediately! I will continue to take my vehicles to Bill Utter Ford for service.

Great service by Don Swift. GT350 recall

Don and Bill Utter Ford did a great job. Good communication and service. Getting recall part took a few days - could have been expedited from Ford Specialty performance parts.

I would always take my Pick-up to be worked on for service . The assistant service manager was outstanding "Mr. Greg Hall". Thanks to all down there.

Just an amazing experience

I've never been to any dealership in my life that has been very honest, friendly, and fast when it comes to servicing my vehicles. In Aug 2018 I bought an F-150 from Bill Utter which what was the smoothest transaction ever. A few months later, I wanted to try out the service department. I brought my truck in for the first oil change and noticed that they offered an oil change package the includes tire rotation. This is two common maintenance items that most dealerships charge separate for, not Bill Utter its all one price. With it being a Saturday usually this is a busy day, but surprisingly, in about an hour the service was completed each time that I have brought my truck in. The biggest winner of this, they also service other manufacture's vehicles. So I give it a try with my 2017 Nissan Altima SR. I brought it up to Bill Utter, they changed the oil and rotated the tires and I also caught the Techs looking at how amazing my Nissan was considering it was an upgraded Altima with the sport package on it. Needless to say they did a fantastic job on my Altima as well. I am enjoying this relationship that we are building and I am looking forward to purchasing many more vehicles from Bill Utter as well as servicing my vehicles when the need arises. One last thing, when I brought my truck in this weekend, they said I needed a new Air Filter and Cabin Filter. Normally there is an extra labor fee for installing it plus the part. Considering that I was a little strapped at the time, I began searching AutoZone for the part for which they also stock Motorcraft parts. I then went to the parts counter and purchased the new filters for the same price as Autozone which also saved me an extra trip and the time involved. I love one stop shopping and also competitive price matching. Great Job to the entire Bill Utter Team! Well done!

Same old, same old

This is the 3rd or 4th time is brought my F-150 into this dealership. The front staff is very friendly, and quick to answer any questions. The check in process is fairly quick and painless. My only negative experience has been a repeated one. For the 2nd or 3rd time in a row, they have failed to put washer fluid in the reservoir. They never fail to manage to try and sell me an air filter, a cabin air filter, etc...but for some reason they can’t seem to remember to put washer fluid in the truck. It’s not a mission critical thing, just inconvenient. If they can’t remember a simple thing like that, what else are they over looking?

Great help and fast process

Phil was awesome to work with and didn’t pressure me into anything. I greatly appreciate him letting me take my time and being able to answer all of my questions. Hands down wonderful deal and experience.

Awesome Experience

I was provided quick and easy scheduling. Great financing offers and they took me to work after I dropped off my car so I did have to miss a day and waste vacation time. I have used them in the past and there is a reason why I keep going back. Thanks for the great customer service!!!!!!!!

Fixed it!!

After bringing my 2017 F 150 5 times to find an intermittent noise, FINALLY Don Swift figured it out and so far it seems to be fixed(8 days). Way to go Don!!

Lost business for ever

I was lied to. Told repairs were needed that were not, and prices quoted were nothing more than highway robbery. We’ve been Bill Utter customers for over 10 years. You can certainly tell things have changed since Mr. Utter is not running things. The Crawford family will no longer do business with Bill Utter Ford, and we will make a point to caution those we know from dealing with your untrustworthy business.
