Superior Service

We initiated our new car search via the USAA car buying service. After we provided the required information to USAA, they forwarded it to multiple dealers in our area. We had specific requirements that none of the contacted dealers could meet with their current inventory. Mike Rodriquez at Bill Utter Ford was the only sales person to take the initiative to find a vehicle that met our requirements elsewhere. Once we approved his find, he got it to his location, and sold it to us for the same price that he would have given us for an in - stock vehicle. Once the vehicle was received, the sales process went smoothly, with no surprises. So, even though Bill Utter Ford is not the Ford dealership that is closest to our house, we will likely go there first the next time that we are looking for a Ford.

A great service department

Great service. They kept us informed of what was happening every day. They know Fords inside and out. I’ve never had any problems at the service department

Excellent service!

Everybody at the Bill Utter Body Shop treated me in a very professional and friendly manner. My car damages were taken care of completely and in a very timely fashion. Excellent staff!!!

Poor communication

In the past, when I have brought my car in for an oil change I have been told it wold be 1 hour, 1 hour turned into 2 or more. Requested a shuttle, was called a little over an hour later telling me my car was ready, asked to have the shuttle to pick me up. 2 hours later shuttle did not arrive, called and was transferred to customer service, had to leave a voice mail - 45 minutes later still no return call or shuttle left another voice mail. NO return call, called back and spoke to someone in the service center - he called the shuttle driver. Shuttle driver had never been called.

Bill Utter Ford Service Department is the BEST!

We always buy Fords and we always buy them at Bill Utter Ford because they have the best service department in Texas! The employees are courteous and knowledgeable and they get us checked in fast when we bring our vehicles in for service. They also keep us up to date about the progress of our vehicles service so we know just what to expect and how long it's going to take.

Excellent Purchase Experience

Quincy and Dave took the time to help me find a specific vehicle in my limited available time. I was looking for a late model low mileage F-150. After asking a few questions, Quincy helped me realize a "like new" Demo was the perfect fit. He then navigated me through a purchase process that involved no pressure. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience.

I’m bought every car I have ever owned from Phil

For the 4th time in 17 years I found myself in need of a car. For the 4th time in 17 years I called Phil Tysinger. For the 4th time in 17 years I got a great car for a fair price that fit all my needs. Dealing with Phil is a great experience. He finds a car that fits your needs and then does what he can with the price tag. He doesn’t upsell you the latest and greatest if it doesn’t serve your needs. He will actually recommend a cheaper car if it’s a better deal or fits your needs better. He will also let you know exactly what the benefits are of a bit more pricey option but only if it fits your needs. With Phil, what you get is what you see and that is a rarity among used car salesman. Plus he pulled off a pink polo shirt and dress shorts without looking like he just fell out a frat house. That’s a tough thing to do...

excellent service

from start to end this was a great experience. Phil kept us apprised of the progress of our car, it had some minor trim pieces to be repaired. he knew we were on a time crunch and personally handled appointments to get the windows tinted and a recall with another dealership. will probably return to purchase our next vehicle from them. thanks

Best car purchase experience

I’m so pleased with my purchase! I’ve never experienced such an easy car buying process. Kim was exceptional! I would have never imagined I would be driving around in a BRAND NEW 2019!!! He handled all the red tape before I arrived so I literally just had to sign and drive! Kim Thank you so much for making this my best car purchase yet!

King Ranch

Everyone at Bill Utter Ford was amazing! I had such a great experience buying my last vehicle I came back for another. Larry Robeson was very informative and a pleasure to work with. He sold me a truck in 2018 and because he was so great I came back for a second. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.
