Truck looks great!

I had the truck in for an insurance job for some minor door and fender damage. Bob and his team fixed the scrapes and dents and matched the paint perfectly.

Amazing Experience!

I’m absolutely going to buy my next car through Phil. He is incredibly knowledgable and easy to work with. I was hesitant on purchasing a vehicle from out of state (I reside in California) but he made me feel very confident in my decision. He didn’t pressure me at all and was very responsive to any questions that I had. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent, Easy Process

I brought my car to the dealership for an oil change, routine maintenance, and diagnosis of a mystery squeak. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left, I was given excellent service. I know very little about cars and am fearful of being taken advantage of, but I had no cause for worry here. Everyone I interacted with, particularly Karina, was kind, friendly, patient, helpful, and cheerful. The waiting area is clean, spacious, and modern, with plenty of available snacks and drinks.

Great service and pricing , Greg is the only service rep I use if he can’t get me in I’ll wait till he can service my vehicles I have an AC company and he also takes care of those vehicles for me in addition to my personal vehicles.

Brought my 2017 Ford Fusion in to be serviced.

The Lady that helped me on Monday was very friendly and kind. She was patient. She was also easy to talk and to ask questions. She had a smile on her face.

Meeting my expectations

I'm a long time customer of Bill Utter Ford and have come to expect great service. On my recent visit I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I also advised Greg Hall that I will need to wait while the vehicle is being serviced as I needed to run some errands after the vehicle was completed. I was very pleased that it only took about 40 mins and the vehicle was ready to go. Very fast! Thank you to Greg Hall and to Carrie Cross for both providing excellent service!

Over the top service

Took my car in for a free tire rotation (i purchased my tires at BUF) and showed John Witt (the Service attendant) a bumper scratch and wondered if that was paint removed from my bumper, or paint deposited on the bumper from the offending vehicle. It was paint removed from my bumper and John offered to paint over the scratches for the cost of the touch-up paint. Tires got rotated and scratches are no longer visible!! Thank you John Witt...THANK YOU Bill Utter Ford!!
