I had a terrible experience at another dealership so I

I had a terrible experience at another dealership so I was very impressed when I called and spoke to someone right away and got an appointment the next day. They didn’t have The parts for the recalls and told me the leak in my windshield wiper fluid container was not covered under warranty. However I got a call the next day that one of the parts came in and they could send someone over to repair it in my driveway. I am still waiting for the other part but at least something was done. I have still not heard anything from the other dealership so Bill Utter is a place I will be returning.
