Great customer service.

Great customer service. They are great in working around our schedule and provide loaner cars and shuttle services. Very transparent about price and whether a repair is necessary or not.

Service was great.

Service was great. Advisor made sure items were in stock before my appointment and my truck was done and ready for pickup before originally stated.

Greg Hall walk me through all my options for the repair of my car. He was very patient and answered every question that I have. He's an asset to your team and my go to guy. I know there’s people behind the scene that are hands on but the outcome is the car drives like brand new.

Cold rainy day & they let my vehicle with leather

Cold rainy day & they let my vehicle with leather interior sit outside with window down & I did not roll it down. They also didn't put any seat protection over my leather seat. Asked service rep for my cabin air filter that was being changed out. Rep said he would take pic & send me. It's now next day & after texting rep to send pic, I still have no pic.
