Straight to the point pricing

Just purchased a new Explorer Sport, 4 wheel drive from Will Shropshire. Very informational salesman, with a sense of humor who made the purchase not only fun but fast ! Finance Manager Branden Nabors had the paperwork ready within minutes, and was extremely friendly. We were in and out within 90 minutes (including a test drive) and will definitely purchase our next vehicle through Bill Utter / Will Shropshire.

Very down to earth

We were met at the dealership with a very casual greeting. Being an old farm boy, this was very refreshing to be greeted as equals and not of different social status. We explained to Mitch Trimmer the ground rules on what we were looking for in a vehicle because of an accident where our car had been totaled. We had new safety features which were important to us because my wife was the one in the accident and was leary of not being protected if a similar situation ever arose again. We are enjoying the new car very much and our buying experience was as straight forward without added pressure on anyone's part to finalize the purchase. Great people

After going to several other Ford dealerships and getting hassled for many hours with what seemed to be a bait and switch, I happened onto Bill Utter. The traffic from Fort Worth to Denton took longer to get through than the car purchase. We were in and out with keys in hand in less than 2 hours. The people were great and want you to be happy with your purchase. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in a market for a vehicle.

Fantastic!

Carina helped us purchase a brand new Ford Explorer. She was knowledgable and very kind. She answered every question in detail. The rest of the staff was just as professional, making small talk as we waited for certain procedures to be completed, as well as helping is through financing and the extras to purchase with our vehicle. I would recommend anyone to this fine establishment.

Move over Sewell!!!

Best car buying experience ever!!! Tom Corrigan and Mike Lewis felt like friends you have known since elementary school helping you find a vehicle that is the right one for you. Sincere, professional, patient, and no pressure. Some thought I was out of my mind to drive 40+ miles through rain, sleet, and traffic just to look at a truck at Bill Utter Ford, but I can honestly say the effort was worth it. Bill Utter Ford, Tom, and Mike get two thumbs and two big toes up!!!
