Excellent experience with whole process.
Car shopping can feel overwhelming, but Mike and Steve spent time listening to our needs to determine what would be right for us. Not only that, but Steve knew my husband from a prior purchase. He and my hubby were riding in our trade-in when it broke down on the feeder road! His graciousness in handling that awkward situation is why we returned. The whole staff at Bill Utter were helpful. And lets not forget: Ford makes great trucks!

We haven't been disappointed with any of our experiences at Bill Utter Ford. Doyle Chaffin is a great salesman who listens to what we want and finds us the perfect truck every time. The Ford F250 FX4 Lariat crew cab does the job of pulling our 33' 5th wheel camper. Denise Wolfe took care of our needs such as the spray-in bed liner, additional window tint and moving our 5th wheel trailer hitch. Banden Nabors made everything quick and easy in the finance department.

Top notch service
The folks at Bill Utter Ford are there to make sure your happy with your vehicle and get the help you need when you need if should you have a service issue/need with your car. General Manager Craig Bowen is outstanding and is going to make sure he and his staff do their jobs in top notched fashion and to your satisfaction. I live in Dallas/Plano area but had such good experience with my purchase and subsequent services - I don't mind traveling to Denton to get the Bill Utter Ford experience. I'd recommend it to anybody.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I felt comfortable and not pressured. Doyle Chaffin worked to get me the exact car I wanted: color and features that I wanted. He found me the perfect car!!! Doyle Chaffin sat patiently with me in my new car - Lightening Blue Escape SE - and explaned all the features . A tech person helped me set up all the tech things that needed Sync information. As I am in my 70's and had not had a car with all the Tech features before, this process was very important to me. Doyle has followed up to make sure everything is good Mike Lewis was my finance persona and was very helpful in setting everthing up! I highly recommend everyone at Bill Utter Ford in Denton, Texas!!
