Absolutely great body shop.

Absolutely great body shop. They repaired my wrecked f150 like new. Miff and Todd were great through the whole process. Will recommend them to anyone. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks again guys I really appreciate the great job.

I went to Bill Utter to buy an F150 I had been looking

I went to Bill Utter to buy an F150 I had been looking at. Having an F150 in the past, I asked about extended warranty options. The finance person recommended a 3rd party option and said it was the best one they could offer. I couldn't have left happier. Fast forward three years, and I am having timing chain issues/cam phaser issues due to a poorly designed cam phaser. The recommended warranty from Bill Utter (Endurance) denied my claim, saying that I did not perform maintenance to their standards. I showed them my last 7 oil changes, because that is what they asked of me. This is a known problem in ecoboost engines and has nothing to do with routine maintenance. The warranty company has found anyway possible to get out of covering this claim. I reached out to Bill Utter Ford and they were zero help. They recommended this to me over a Ford extended warranty and now I'm stuck paying the $3600 out of my pocket when I paid $3200 for the warranty for this exact reason. I can't even get ahold of anybody to cancel the rest of my crappy warranty they recommended. I expected at least a call back or some sort of help from Bill Utter in this situation, but all they care about is selling you a vehicle and up charging you for a sham warranty.

Scott, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with your warranty claim. It seems that you had several phone conversations with a member of our team who explained that we would look into this matter to see if we can help get the issue resolved. They then emailed Monica Duran with the contract info. Once they looked into it, it was discovered that you had gone 14,000 miles past the oil change interval, which voided out your warranty. It was then explained that we can cancel your warranty, however, the funds would go back to the lender that holds your lien and it would be a prorated amount, not the amount that was initially paid. They then recommended that you email Mike Lewis a request canceling the warranty since Mike was the original F&I guy that you worked with. As previously noted, once Mike receives that email, he will put together a cancellation form and email it back to you to sign. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. I originally purchased my 2018 Ford Mustang Ecoboost at

I originally purchased my 2018 Ford Mustang Ecoboost at Bill Utter in 2021 and have always gotten it serviced there. I scheduled my service online and if I had questions the service reps answered promptly. Kason was my my advisor. He was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I had some filters replaced and a fuel induction service. My Mustang runs great. I was also offered shuttle service which was efficient.
