I AM STILL PAYING FOR A CAR I TRADED IN- SEVEN WEEKS AGO!

I AM STILL PAYING FOR A CAR I TRADED IN- SEVEN WEEKS AGO!!!!!!! I purchased a car from this dealership on 3/1/25. I traded in a car towards the purchase. On 3/15, I informed them that the car I traded in was still on my account. They stated it would definitely be removed by April. Early April rolls around—NOPE! The car I traded in is still listed on my account. I called the salesperson and spoke with the financing office. They stated it would be resolved in a few days. But NO—here we are SEVEN WEEKS into purchasing our car/trading in, and still no resolution. I spoke with the Finance Manager, Kylie Clark, who stated it would be resolved "quickly," but, you guessed it—NOPE!!!! Now I have TWO car payments but only own one!! This is "people first" service!?!?! I don't think so! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Per our records, you've spoken with our General Sales Manager, Chase Baine, and the situation has been resolved. FedEx misplaced the original check, which delayed the payoff process. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, our team filed a claim with FedEx and issued a replacement check immediately. We first met Dr. Phil when we moved here in July 2010. He was very professional and straight forward. This was our first experience at a car delear in Texas. Since then we've been back 9 times purchasing vehichles, always with Dr. Phil.

We drove 2 1/2 hours after texting keenly all week on 2 vehicles. He was upfront about everything and absolutely no pressure. I would not hesitate to reach out to him again when we are in the market for another vehicle.

This was first time buying from an actual dealership, I can honestly say that Adam is amazing at what he does. Real down to earth guy with great customer service. Took really good care of me and my mother, even went as far as offering us snacks while we waited. The process didn’t take long at all he was very thorough in explaining everything, and knew a ton about my vehicle. When I'm in the market to buy again I will definitely come here and I recommend Adam. Great guy!!
