Quick service!
Took my F-150 in for service and it was done while I waited. I did voice one concern after it was taken back for service and was told that I would have to bring it back early one morning for that to be checked out . It was late afternoon when I was there and they could handle the normal service but would need more time and a different person would have to check out my other concern. That was fine with me as I did not have the time to wait longer.

Exceptional knowledge and courtesy
Brittany in body shop was wonderful! So concerned when we rode in with our just-wrecked car. She offered us cold water, allowed us to enjoy the cool waiting area until a son could pick us up. Was very knowledgeable about next step to begin resolving how to handle steps in estimates and contacts with insurance claims.
