Great Service
I have been using Quick Lane at Earnest McCarty Ford for years to change my oil and I have bought several sets of tires and have always been pleased with the work, price and quality of service. This time I had a tail light out and they asked me if I wanted them to change it and I said yes. My car was being serviced in the bay right outside the waiting room and I could see the serve man doing the work. The price of the bulb was just a little over $2 however I was charged over $18 for two minutes work. I watched the service man raise my trunk twist a plug put the bulb in and twist it back for a total of 2 minutes work for over $18. At that rate how much do you pay your service people. Great job. I guess it was my fault because I should have asked how much to do the job. I will from now on. As usual though all of the other work was done well and at a fair price.

Body Shop was great!
My Ford Edge was repaired in the Body Shop and I could not have been more satisfied with the service. The repairs were completed on time, they did a great job, and the employees were so easy to work with.

Everyone was really nice to me
Service was great I feel like they wanted me to have the vehicle that I was interested in ! No one tried to push me to get something that I didn't want. That's what I notice and I feel like they helped me get the car I wanted and to that I say thanks !
