Very pleased!
We were looking for a 2013 Kia Soul+ with low mileage, but not in Alien Green. That meant looking far and wide. We went to several car dealerships, but we were not impressed with the sales people at very many. My first contact was via email, and their Internet coordinator Shirley was quick to respond with answers to my questions about one we saw online. We found Paul Mayes at Ernest Mcarty to be attentive to our needs. He was not pushy, but helpful. If it weren't for all the paperwork involved, which may be standard these days, I would have given them straight 5's.

Good experience overall, unable to get tires balanced at this location due to tires were purchased at another Ford Dealership, wish this could be done at any dealership.

Richard Portnoy was an excellent salesman. He never tried to "high pressure" us and always tried to make us feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and professional all the while being very cordial and helpful. All-in-all, thanks to Richard, our experience was very enjoyable.
