Ford Edge

Happy with the process...Fraser did a good job. But, and I'm sure this happen's at all dealers, the closer, where you make your profit, is a little strong. Nice, and business-like, but he did get us for an extra $38.00 a month. But this is MY dealership. We never looked anywhere else.

Treating the customer right

Have you ever wasted a lot of time and money searching dealerships online or on the road, only to finally figure out you already knew about the one stop shopping place that was going to be best for "customer service & price". Tidelands Ford. My wife and I have been looking for the last few weeks to replace our compact vehicle with something that would be more road friendly on long trips (500-1500 miles). We knew our budget, and had our desires focused around reliability, comfort, style, and size (ease of maneuvering in tight parking spots). After visiting multiple dealers, and being subjected to what they felt was the best car for us, not to mention the offensive value put on my trade. My amazing wife said to me " just forget it, call John and have him find us a car". Who's John you may ask. He is one of the sales team pros at Tidelands Ford that not only found us what we wanted, gave us what KBB said our trade was worth, and made us feel literally "like family". We have now used Tidelands Ford twice for vehicle purchases, and will continue to use and recommend them in the future. Steve & Patti

Looking for Comfort

Successful Second Buying Experience

We work with Kevin at Tidelands Ford Lincoln. He is very product knowledgeable, respectful and committed to a positive buying experience. This dealership is pristine, focused and professional in all they do. We were tipped off to them by our good neighbor - we now continue to recommend them to our friends.

Second Purchase

This dealership is terrific. We worked with Kevin and his team on the purchase of a Lincoln MKC for the second time. They are all smart, professional and experienced making our experience easier and more positive than we have found working with other dealerships. Kevin makes time to share his technical expertise needed these days to understand the safety and console details of a new car. The Lincoln concierge service is terrific!

Awesome; Competent; Professional; Exceptional

This dealership should be the example for all other Ford Lincoln dealerships to follow. I haven’t had this type of exceptional experience in my 50 years of driving and purchasing of cars. Truly outstanding and certainly customer focused. If you want a purchasing or leasing experience where you feel like family; Tidelands is the place.

New car purchase

Tidelands Ford was my choice after investigating other dealers on line. Choose the Auto on line, received a price and the trade in offer on my vehicle and decided to deal. Made an appointment at my convenience,very simple and easy. Car was ready to test drive when I arrived , paperwork ready. This is the second car I have purchased from Tidelands, the process was efficient,quick and pleasurable. All employees were pleasant and polite. Very good experience.

Awesome

Purchased my first Lincoln from Tidelands a little over a month ago and the entire experience was awesome!! My sales person Eddie Rodriguez went the extra mile to ensure my entire experience of great. John David also went above and beyond to ensure the process was perfect. I would highly recommend Tidelands Lincoln!! You will not be disappointed!!

Excellent Customer Service

I did not buy the car from them. I dealt with Dave he is a great salesperson. The car I wanted was simply too expensive. Therefore, I did not buy from them. However, the level of service is top notch. So much so that I really wish I had gotten their car. It simply was out of line with my budget. Thank you

I had an excellent experience buying 3 cars

Dave Clayton and JD Paglio have treated me and my family amazingly!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of. Over the last 3 years, I'v bought a new truck, a new sports car for myself and an awesome used car for my daughter. My father and my Uncle have also purchased vehicles here!! I recommend anyone to go visit Tidelands Ford and they will work extremely hard to earn your business!! I will go back next year to get another daughter a vehicle from them!!
