Repair of a warranteed issue

Very professional. Appointment scheduled quickly. Reminder of appointment via email was great. Employees were very courteous and professional. Environment was very organized.

A Quality Service Dept. is the best cars sales too

The service advisor listened to what I was telling him about the resonance in my truck and his technician very quickly found the problem. I was impressed with how well I was kept informed of the progress of my repairs over the several day period that Master had my truck. I also very much appreciated that the Advisor didn't try to sell me service that I did not need.

Very happy with Master GMC

We are from Maryland and my wife and kids were in the area visiting family for Easter. She had car trouble and I called and spoke to Vinnie and explained how we were from out of town. He got her an appointment and repaired the same day. Plus it was covered under warranty which made it even better. VERY happy with our experience at Master GMC!

Amazing Experience!

Eddie and Sue are great people and will go the extra 100 miles for their customers. The whole process of trading and buying was enjoyable and streamlined as they made me feel like a very welcomed old friend. I traveled 2.5 hours to their dealership and will continue to make the drive to exclusively buy from them and refer to them.

Wonderful service

Charles Williams is the man! He is very helpful, personable, and keeps me informed of what's going on. There's never a dull moment when being serviced by Charles and his shooting partner.

Master Buick GMC - AWESOME!

I had a serious issue with a 2016 GMC Canyon that I purchased about 9 months ago. This dealership, from the service department to the sales department, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Serious kudos go out to Charles and Vinnie in the service department. The service I received from Eddie Overby and Bernard Hughes cannot be matched, it was THAT GOOD. Thanks to everyone at this dealership.

Best GMC Dealer in the CSRA!!

Great dealership that makes you feel like part of the family before, during and after you purchase a vehicle. I've bought 3 GMC's from here and I won't shop anywhere else.

Super buying experience!

I just had the most painless vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My sales consultant Sue Oertle was an absolute joy to work with. We talked about dogs more than trucks. She was like chatting with an old friend. She never tryed to steer me to something I didn't want, however she was more than willing to get me any key I asked for. I got there around 5:30 on Thursday evening and left about 8:30 they close at 7. I never felt rushed. Friday evening was about the same story. I finally came back on Saturday to finish the deal. New car sale manager Eddie Overby was a super nice guy, never once did I feel pressured or unappreciated, no matter what I asked for. It took three days and several trucks driven and sat in for me to make up my mind. I went in looking at a Canyon and left in a Sierra. I could have never imagined the great deal I ended up getting. So if you are in the market go see Sue and tell her Sandy Sent you
