All of the people at Landmark took excellent care of me. My salesperson, Ian, was incredibly easy to work with. He did not pressure me to spend more than I wanted, and his knowledge of each of the vehicles that we looked at really helped me make the perfect choice. I am 100% satisfied and will return the next time I am in need of a vehicle. I drove an hour away just to do business at Landmark. Buy a car from Ian!

It's always a pleasure doing business with Landmark. This time was no different. My family and I are always treated wonderfully by our sales person/ team. I had never dealt with Ian Grenier, but he was outstanding in all areas of his customer service skills. I will definitely be back.

I worked with Ian Grenier. Ian was very professional and polite. He listened to what I wanted and carefully crafted a deal resulting in a new Jeep Compass 2013 for me . The sales process with Ian wasn't an uncomfortable experience,but rather more of a consultative approach.Ian really listened to wanted in a new car. I recommend working with this dealership and Ian Grenier. I am very satisfied with my new car purchase. The General Manager, Tim and Chad in Finance were very nice and helpful as well. We came to Landmark Dodge on a whim, looking to purchase...
We came to Landmark Dodge on a whim, looking to purchase a new vehicle. We don't have the best credit, so we honestly weren't expecting to get approved. Of course the night that we went in, it was later in the afternoon about 7ish. Ian Grenier and Chuck McCall got all of our information and started the approval process. They were so friendly and patient. My husband and I didn't get approved that night but received a phone call the next day that we had gotten approved through a bank. We had just that day to bring in the down payment and so forth. They told us on the phone that the bank wanted $6500 down, and we might have to trade in our paid off Jeep. I really didn't want to do that, but if that was our only option what can you do? By the time that I got there at 3, Chad Bastia, Ian and Chuck had worked out a deal with the bank that we could finance a car that had a $3500 rebate, and put $2,000 down on a brand new Dodge Avenger, or put $3,000 down on a brand new Jeep Compass. We went with the Avenger (which I LOVE) and left that afternoon about 6, with the car in our possession. We had it about 2 weeks when the bank that we had financed through started wanting to pull the deal. I sent the bank everything that they asked for (this was the bank's mishap, NOT Landmarks) and they still pulled the contract. Chad called us and told us, but worked so hard to get us financed through another bank. We got the whole situation straightened out, and they were the best group of people to deal with. They were all so friendly, patient and courteous. I highly recommend going to Landmark Dodge to purchase a vehicle. We know where we are getting our next vehicle from, Landmark Dodge in Morrow, GA!! Thanks Ian, Chuck and Chad!!!!!

Ian was a pleasure to work with. He helped me choose the vehicle I needed and was able to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. I had researched a couple of vehicles prior to buying and I felt Ian quoted me a very fair price, The deal went very smoothly and Ian had me out of the dealership in a short amount of time.

From minute one, Joe made my car buying experience relaxed and easy to handle. Joe and Yousuf made me want to come back and get another car! I did not have any regrets about my experience.
