Ian was absolutely great. I went to the dealership...

Ian was absolutely great. I went to the dealership specifically for a used truck that I found on the website and after discussing what my goal was he took the time to make me aware of my options in regards to doing a trade in for a used truck rather than getting a new truck. He worked up the deals(s) available to me and going with the new Ram was the best option for me seeing as it kept me in the range that I was comfortable with on my payments and with the excellent rebates and cash back going on I didn't have to come up with any money out of pocket although i was prepared to do so. He took the time to hear me out and presented the options to me. He's a fine young man and will probably go far. I've been buying my own vehicles for almost 20 years and I will say that this is the first time that a representative or the dealership overall didn't make it seem like they had to bend space and time to help me accomplish my goal. It felt like a straight-forward business transaction and that I appreciated. It's only been 3 days and so far I am TOTALLY loving my Ram 1500. Going from a Mini Cooper S to a beast like the Ram may seem extreme but full size trucks is what I've always had and the Mini was just a detour and I determined that it just wasn't for me.

This is my second vehichle purchase from Landmark. The sales and finance team are fantasic, very helpful, knowledgeable about product and functions. They get you in the vehicle you want and get your payments within your budget. I purchased my new car, then referred my Aunt and she also purchased a new car. I would recommend Landmark to anyone that's in the market for a new or used vehicle because the selection is vast!

Our purchase experience was very positive. Our sales person, Michael Collins, was very personable. When we had questions of which he did not have the immediate answer, he admitted humbly and committed to obtain the information we need to move forward. He exercised his people skills by accurately evaluating our buying style and did not put the squeeze on us to make a decision, however he admitted 'if' we saw something that met our liking he would use every resource at his disposal to meet our needs. He followed through on that commitment Our overall buying experiencing was refreshing and fruitful. People do make the difference and Michael is one of those people.

POOR ETHICS

I bought a used 2009 Ram from them. I saw on the the carfax where the vehicle had been serviced by them several times for different electrical issues. Therefore,before I actually made the purchase, I asked my sales rep and the sales manager if that truck was electrically sound. They both assured me that what I saw on the carfax was just routine service items. I figured ok , a dealership of this size would not risk their reputation on something like this. YEAH RIGHT..... I looked the truck over carefully that day and the next. Then I bought it! Three days later, just about every light that you can imagine was intermittently coming on over the instrument panel. ESP ,BAS , SRS.... you name it. At the same time the heater would not work. I took it in to LANDMARK and was charged $551.56 to fix it. Hmmm!... I paid the $551.56 to "fix" the problem. The next day the problem was back. After bringing it back in to them, I had begun to realize that this was going to be a big deal. Landmark could not fix the truck and refused to refund the repair cost. Now I realize why everytime i had come to look at the truck,it was over by the service area. They were constantly resetting the codes...

Marcus helped us every step of the way. We came in without a reliable car to drive, and we left that night with 2010 Dodge Avenger with pretty good mileage a good price. Marcus was very personable and answered all of our questions. You can tell when a salesman is trying to con you and I never got that feeling with Marcus. I will definitely refer others to him and go back to him the next time I am looking for a car

Great experience once again with Landmark Dodge...This is our 4th new vehicle from Landmark, as usual great service and we were approved quickly, at our price & below my acceptable payment! Only thing I would suggest is speeding up the finance end, waited quite awhile to sign the contract...

Ian, Eric and Chad were personable, professional and genuine. Best car purchasing experience I have had after buying more than 30 plus cars in my life. When I walked into the dealer I had doubts that I was not gonna get a brand new car but when they sent Joe to me he said he was gonna take care of me and get me in a new car and thats what he did. he made my experience with getting a new car comfortable he really made me the most happiest person in the world. I spoke with Ian a day before I went to the dealership, he was very knowledgeable and listened to the things I wanted in a vehicle. He asked me to come in so we can find the car I was interested in. Evans customer services was great, he was very friendly and helpful in helping choose my car. He made me feel very comfortable in my first car purchase. During the test drives he was very knowledgeable and informative about the car I test drove.
